LAUGHLIN
Thomas LAUGHLIN Jr., son of Thomas Laughlin Sr. and Ester Foreman of Virginia, married on June 11, 1793, Catherine Foreman. Both were Calvinist. George Laughlin , son of Thomas Jr. and Ester, married in 1818 Caroline West of Avoyelles Parish. In 1828 he was remarried to Mary Higginbothan of Georgia. Martha Laughlin , daughter of George and Caroline, married George Singleton Sr. Records show a succession of George Sr. by 1828. Martha was remarried to Daniel Spells in 1837.
